We will gladly accept exchanges and returns, within 60 days of purchase, for products that have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping.
180-Day Warranty: If you happen to experience a manufacturing defect, please return your purchase to ShadyBaby for evaluation. If your product is deemed defective, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase, or an exchange thereafter.
Prior to sending ShadyBaby your return, please contact us to receive your Return Authorization Number and include this number with your return shipment.
